nice but I still can't get past the price tag. 60k or something like that. You must be able to build something as fast for less money if you're really into building and tuning. Schnitz had that 203 mph 1/4 mile busa years ago. Hoe fast will that go with enough straight road?

I saw this on a friends fb page, but I have to ask. Where's the independent speed verification? If your going to have the balls to claim 400 kph, you better have undeniable proof.
cool video. and yes, these bikes are very quick/fast. but 400 indicated... hmm. where's the backup speed verification? I realize I'm over thinking this... but normally bikes have notoriously poor accuracy in the speedo dept. these are a bit better, the Kawi bikes with tone rings for ktrc and abs are usually off 2-3 mph at 70-80 mph. and from cycle world's test of the H2 SPEEDOMETER ERROR: 60 MPH INDICATED|58 mph. so thats 3.333%? 400 kmh would only be 386 or 387 or about 240 mph.

Ya the fact this is obviously a promo video doesn't ad to it's credibility. I'm sure it can do over 200. Maybe 250. Why are we just finding this out after two years though?

Rook, the video has been out for at least a year and a half. Rider was Keenan Sofuoglu, 4 time WSS champ. Took place on a new bridge in Turkey. Don't know any details about how they timed it.

This is why I felt from the beginning, if you're going to get an H2, get an H2R. The nonrace model is awesome but like every other bike for street use, it's not a whole lot faster than an other made in the last 15 years.
This bike does 356 kpm (221 mph). IDK what the median range turbo 14 does but for my dollar, I'll settle for turbo and 210mph or something like that. I'm surprised there's not a whole lot more H2R 220 mph+ videos on youtube. Maybe people who can spend 60k on bike are afraid to go that fast.

LOL they're all waiting to get their pistons changed!
No doubt most of those H2Rs were sold to collectors who don't ride them much if at all.

In 2015 up in Loring, Maine there were a couple. One an H2 the other a H2R and both were having difficulty breaking 200.
On the second day there H2R finally did break 200. Don't remember exactly but 200 or 201. My son on my 14R best was 205. So for a lot less money the 14R is a bargain, just not as cool....I love carbon fiber!!!

Sure I'd love to have one for the collection but i need to see the race results over boosting a 14 before I'd lay out the cash.

Top speed?Well,I got mine for the uniqueness and rideability. It's a great road bike...It definitely locks a guy in to riding it...all the time.Myself anyway.I love mine.I've had her over 200mph.But for fun in riding and overall enjoyment,yep...worth the price?Yeah,I think so.Course,I'm biased;)
